Once we receive the details from your side we will summarize the available information and reach out to you for additional information required. Our 1st step is always the sampling process. Before we begin the sampling process, we take note of every minute detail from you. Fabric approvals, design approvals and measurement chart being the objective. Once everything is clear we move on to pattern making. Our CAD masters will sketch out the patterns for the design that is required. We can send these sketches to you with measurements so that you can make required changes before we go to next step.

Our actual sampling begins after your approval of the above steps. Once sampling is done, we will send you the images of sample fitted on a mannequin. If any further changes are required, we will again do so in our patterns and then on the final sample. The above process is repeated till everything looks perfect. Once the sample is ready and approved, it is sent to your end for final approval. If you are happy with the sample, we move on to the next step.

Once you are satisfied with the product, we will move to other aspects of the order. Quantity, colors, sizes, washes care instructions, main labels, size labels, packing, shipping, labeling, payment terms etc. Every small detail is worked out before we accept any order. We provide with color chart for the require fabric so that you have maximum choice to proceed. If there is a shortage or unavailability of any color it is informed well in advance.

We do worldwide shipping through various courier and freight logistic partners. We will work out the best freight for the order and let you know in advance. We will handle your apparel shipment till it reaches your end.

Even after our best efforts if we miss some aspects as per the expectation of the client, we do a follow up with you to see how we can improve upon. Is there any aspect where we can still improve our performance? We, the apparel manufacturers, take note of the feedback and try to improve on our performance.
